Until now, there’s been no substantial campaign about anorexia in Poland. We’ve changed that. The campaign focuses on a podcast. It consists of a very moving anorexic's diary, and interviews. The author of the diary evokes powerful images that remain with you for a long time. The interviews provide knowledge presented by health specialists and those affected by anorexia. The podcast motivates to change. It leads to an LP with additional information and useful contacts. When undergoing anorexia treatment, psychotherapy is of key significance: words help and heal. Our podcast not only touched on such a crucial matter, but also it became an efficient therapeutic tool .
