War: Kids' Drawings in VR Animation

Creative idea

For many decades, the Museum of the History of St. Petersburg has kept 700+ unique children’s drawings which were created during the Leningrad siege known as the longest siege in human history which took lives of hundreds of thousands of people. For the 75th anniversary of WW2 Victory we decided to bring these drawings back to life — through virtual reality. 20-episode video series feature works by world's top VR animators reviving cultural heritage through digital art.
