Amnesty International's Write for Rights initiative became the biggest human rights campaign in the last 20 years. However, in Hungary, so far it was really hard to motivate people to take part in the Christmas period full of emotional local campaigns. That’s why in 2022, the organization wrapped its message as a heartbreaking holiday gift creating Calendar for Human Rights. Behind the first 9 windows of this unique advent calendar 9 wrongly convicted people were waiting to be freed. Symbolizing that Hungarians have the key to freedom in their hands.
