LISTERINE - Find Your Type
Creative idea
When someone says LISTERINE, customers think of the characteristic bottle. LISTERINE, however, offers two dozen mouthwashes with various flavours. Each focuses on fighting mouth-related issues. We aimed to rid customers of decision paralysis, help them overcome the decision-making phase, and lead them to decide which LISTERINE they should choose (“the zero moment of truth”). Thus, the dental personality test was born, a.k.a. the Find Your Type campaign. We chose 7 premium products and defined them typologically with a corresponding character, each with its own “code name”. Users learned of the campaign via YT videos and interactive posts on social media.
