Problem: In the pandemic, how to show our TA (25-55yo beer-lovers) what Dreher does for beer culture and tradition? How to position the museum as an attractive program? Aims: Generate awareness of Dreher Breweries without adspend! (KPIs: reach 1x adult population, 6000 SM interactions, selling 80% of tickets after re-opening). Strategy: Total renewal of the museum to make it more interactive, digitalized and experience-based (QR codes, photo-shooting spots, virtual tours. Create a viral, long-term communication campaign, make Kőbánya (an outskirt of Budapest with negative perception) a popular destination through cooperation with famous Hungarian sculptor known for creating miniature statues.
