In Lithuania, nobody wants to be a teacher. The shortage of teachers poses a significant challenge to the education system in the country. The Teach First program works tirelessly to attract motivated educators into the schools. The campaign, promoting the program, empowers children, the very individuals most affected by the issue. While politicians and other adult leaders discuss the problem, the children takes the matter into their own hands. Please become a teacher, or else, the kids will keep knocking on random doors searching for teachers.
