For every launch in Romania of a global gaming title, PlayStation looks for meaningful creative ideas to bridge the game to local culture. For Horizon Forbidden West, one of the most anticipated AAA title, PlayStation linked the open-world game to the most popular documentary series in Romania to excite new audiences. Still on air since 1965, Teleencyclopedia is Romania's Discovery Channel and National Geographic mixed into one. And, for the first time in its history, it developed a miniseries about a video game, with weekly episodes featuring the game’s post-apocalyptic Earth and its unforgiving nature, tribal cultures, and awe-inspiring machines.
