Creative idea
According to Professor Ann C. Noble from the University of California, even minimal exposure of sparkling wine to light can change its aroma for the worse, so we switched the entire production process from day to night. The grapes are picked during night harvest in night vision goggles, used also for the bottle rotation. The wine matures in 300-year-old cellars inside natural caves, completely void of light. The wine is bottled in 98% black glass and sealed inside recyclable black foil, shielding it from light. The wine is called Untouched By Light and is presented and tasted in complete darkness.
