more than half of gen z reports feeling anxious regarding their first job. 44% have yet to make this step into adulthood. so how does TELUS International Bulgaria, as a company looking for new recruits, reach them? it’s easier to take the leap when a friend takes it with you. cv for two — a first-of-its-kind platform allowing young adults to create a dual resume and come to work for the first time with their best friend by their side. step one was to reconstruct a big corporation’s global careers page. easy. from there on, we spread the word on social media, targeted them on spotify, and contextual posters.
