Creative idea

The Bratislava Municipal Theater is housed in an old building, the facade of which is decorated with propaganda stained-glass windows from the communist era. The new season brings shows about neighbors we don't want or about Slovakia's fascist past. By connecting the classical form and new themes of the theater, we created a contemporary urban stained glass window with content that is relevant to its target audience. We displayed symbols to support the oppressed, but also typical viewers, urban workaholics and coffee drinkers.
