Creative idea
When Red Bull athlete Dario Costa set out to turn his lifelong dream into five world records, his journey to become the first person ever to fly a plane through a tunnel quickly conquered screens around the world. We made sure he had exactly the right brand partners by his side – high speed expert BMW M and precision watchmaker Hamilton – who made it possible to train with maximum focus, perfect reaction times and write aviation history. The spectacular footage of Costa’s successful flight at 278 kph through two tunnels near Istanbul eventually generated 1.7 billion euros in earned media value.
