Finish planned to use how-to videos to attract and connect with dishwasher repairers. But the only thing more boring than how-to videos are B2B how-to videos. So the idea was to make the world's most boring how-to videos entertaining. We created the character Mr. Fixley, who speaks directly to the machinists and gives them the necessary information in a new and fun approach. While giving technical information, he also explained the solution in a fun way, linking questions on completely different topics to a problem in the dishwasher. He taught that the solution was to protect the machine with Finish.
