Creative idea

High blood pressure kills an average Serbian town every year. Every second person suffers from it. Those who suffer from high blood pressure feel like their head is going to explode like an over-inflated balloon. We used a red ball to give color and shape to the most common symptom of high blood pressure so people could detect it before it’s too late. We made outdoor installations all over the country - Red Balls, the world's longest-running street artwork created by Kurt Perschke, which was for the first time ever used in the service of public health.
