Nobile Tribes

Creative idea

Nobile windsurfing boards wanted a series of visuals to be used as both artwork on, and promoting of their new series of boards. The “Tribe” collection was inspired by ritual paintings used by tribal communities, that affirm the spirits of their ancestors: the fearless warriors. It also represents the tribe-like connection people in kiteboarding culture feel towards one other. Each visual was created based on elements from tribal life: water, sun and air- presented as a totem pole. The visual was arranged vertically, forming one huge totem, that provides blessings from all elements essential to the kitesurfer.
