Campaign idea

Németvölgyi Residence is an outstanding local real estate development, however, it is very difficult to pass the feeling of the eternal panorama of a luxury home from the designing table. This why we decided to show it through personal experience with the help of an air balloon. This movement in addition to providing outstanding customer experience, was efficient for gaining valuable customers, by generating a 'word of mouth' effect. Therefore, the number of customers increased, without additional marketing spending. As a result, we sold 20% of the project, and with this we doubled the sales result of the pre-sales phase.
