Campaign idea
Like many countries in the region, many young and well educated people are leaving Serbia, because they can’t find a personal and professional perspective in their country. It is a huge demographic, but also a developmental problem for any country, especially the transitional one. Relying on the existing Erste Bank - SUPERSTE support program for young innovators, we created the #believeinyourself campaign that encouraged young talents to stay in Serbia by giving them an incentive example of professor Kosta Jovanović, a world-class robotics expert, who, in spite of everything, decided to stay here in Serbia.
