Campaign idea

Austrians have a hard time connecting with chemistry. The Association of Austria’s Chemical Industry (FCIO) wanted to change their perception for the better. The complexities of chemistry should be made presentable in a simple and understandable way for the public. The objective was to do just that with a limited budget. We teamed up with Thomas Morgenstern, 3 x Olympic Ski Jump Champion and true Austrian hero, to demonstrate the fascinating possibilities of chemistry, by performing the world’s first ski jump in complete darkness. We wanted to show that there is a formula for anything in this world, thereby utilizing chemistry in a popular sport to transport the message.
