The poster series 'A Haiku Between Us' invites travelers to (re)connect with Slovenia, a country often treated as a stopover—where visitors pass through but rarely linger. Through heartfelt haikus, Slovenia expresses its longing for those who have left too soon and invites those who have yet to discover its beauty. Each haiku is a love letter to Slovenia’s rich culture, culinary wonders, and breathtaking nature, calling out to both past visitors and new travelers. The posters feature a visual element of something being scratched out, symbolizing the (missed) opportunities to explore the country, while the haikus fill this void. With just a little more time, a short love affair could transform into the greatest love of their lives.
