Campaign idea
As one of the fastest growing metropolitans in the world, in today’s Istanbul, while residential construction increases in an excessive way, green spaces for citizens to breathe and socialize decrease with the same speed. Sad but true, in some districts, last and only green spaces left are the cemeteries. We used real satellite photos of Istanbul to make a series of prints for UNDP. With the help of this thought-provoking visual contrast between the majority of buildings and minority of green, we called the citizens of Istanbul to take action and have detailed info about the measures taken by UNDP.
