Chief Creative Officer and Creative Producer, Postmen, Ukraine
Olga has over 14 years of experience in advertising, communications, and production. Since 2017, she has served as Creative Producer at Postmen and was appointed Chief Creative Officer in 2025. Previously, she worked in the United Kingdom at BBC, BBC Sport, and IMG Media.
At Postmen, Olga has led the development and execution of numerous acclaimed campaigns for clients including UNICEF, UNFPA, UN Women, MasterCard, Nova Post, Uklon, Ukrainian Railways, Kernel, Darnytsia, PrivatBank, Electrolux etc. Her work has earned national and international recognition at creative festivals such as KIAF, EPICA, Cannes Lions, Eurobest, ADC Europe, Golden Drum, and others, as well as at effectiveness awards like Effie Ukraine and Effie Europe.
Postmen has been named Ukraine’s top communications agency for three consecutive years (2021, 2023, 2024), and in 2025 was recognized as the #1 creative agency in the country.
