Adam is the Head of Strategy at MullenLowe GGK, where he leads the strategy department in delivering comprehensive brand, communication, and marketing consultancy for a diverse client portfolio.
With a Master’s degree in Sociology, Adam began his career in market research at TNS/Kantar. His fascination with decoding target group insights naturally drew him into advertising, leading to an eight-year tenure at the prestigious independent agency MADE BY VACULIK. As Head of Strategy, he led the strategy for market-shaping campaigns for prominent local and international brands, including Heineken or Raiffeisen group. Seeking a fresh perspective, he then moved to the client side, managing global marketing activities as Senior Brand Manager for Slido (Cisco) and CMO at the SaaS platform Kontentino.
A familiar presence in industry circles, Adam has served multiple terms as a core jury member for Effie Slovakia and Zlatý Klinec. His strategic work has been recognized with several awards including multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze Effies, as well as the YouTube Works Grand Prix.
