Elena has 24 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, reputation management, government relations, and employer branding. She has successfully led initiatives across multiple industries, including heavy engineering, oil and chemicals, agriculture, energy, telecommunications, and television.
Since 2020, Elena has been responsible for shaping the reputation of Nova Post and the NOVA group of companies. She oversees the company’s expansion into international markets, corporate culture development, public and government relations, corporate social responsibility initiatives, crisis communications, and marketing strategies.
Her work has earned her more than 150 international and Ukrainian awards for outstanding communications and marketing. She has twice been recognized as the country’s top PR director. Under her leadership, her team was named the best marketing team in Ukraine twice by the Effie Awards, winning the Grand Prix in 2024. That same year, she was ranked among the top 10 PR leaders in Europe by the ICCO Global Awards.
