A results-driven marketer with a builder’s mindset, she believes the healthiest brands are grown organically—from the inside out. Holding two bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science, she brings both analytical rigor and a sharp understanding of culture, behavior, and strategy to her work.

Her career spans local, regional, and global brand leadership, working on iconic names such as Timișoreana, Ursus, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, and Kozel. From London, she led Peroni Nastro Azzurro across the UK, US, and Australia; from Prague, she steered Kozel’s regional growth across 40 markets—always at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commercial impact.

She later moved into strategic marketing and planning consultancy, helping organizations define what truly matters—and how to express it with clarity and relevance. For five years, she led Marketing at BCR, launching George and turning financial education into a brand promise through Școala de Bani.

Today, as Executive Director of Marketing, Communication, and Customer Experience at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, she leads a multidisciplinary team of around 50 people and has put the brand firmly on a success track, driving growth through creativity, customer-centricity, and business leadership. Beyond her executive role, she serves as President of IAA, advocates for creativity as a business driver, and mentors over 100 startups through the InnovX Accelerator. She is also a lecturer in Campaign Planning and Customer-First Strategies at the Marketing Institute.
