Lucia believes in a human-centric and value-oriented brand approach, which she has had the opportunity to nourish while leading the O2 Slovakia brand as Chief Brand and Communications Officer. With a unique educational background in culturology, Lucia's career gradually shifted towards advertising. She initially held leadership positions in advertising agencies in Slovakia and Bulgaria. In 2011, she joined O2, where she has taken on various roles responsible for both below-the-line and above-the-line communication, sponsorship, and corporate social responsibility.
In these roles, Lucia led several world-awarded campaigns, emphasizing the image of O2 as a brand with a strong opinion and bold communication. In 2020, she guided the creation of the brand Radosť, the first digital operator in Slovakia.
