Most recently, Tom was global chief strategy officer at R/GA.

During his time, the company was recognized as Campaign’s global digital agency of the year, number one on R3’s new business league, number two on Ad Age’s creative A-List, and won Cannes Lions Grand Prix in media, social and entertainment, and Gold Effies for AB Inbev, P&G and Reddit.

Tom’s previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Havas New York and executive planning director a TBWA London.
