Viviana Manera is Marketing Director Italy & EMEAA at Birra Peroni, part of Asahi Group Holdings.
She holds a double Italian–French degree in European Studies and a Master’s in Marketing and Communication from Bocconi University.
Viviana began her career at Barilla (2009–2015), first at the headquarters in Parma and later in Paris as Group Marketing Manager Western Europe.
In 2015, she joined Reckitt as Marketing and Trade Marketing Category Manager for Homecare in Belgium and Netherlands, further strengthening her expertise in category management. She later moved to The Coca-Cola Company, serving as Marketing Manager for Italy & Albania and subsequently for Greece, where she led brand growth and premiumisation initiatives.
Since joining Birra Peroni in 2022, initially as Trade Marketing Director and since 2023 as Marketing Director, Viviana has been driving the premiumisation strategy across the portfolio, leveraging global brand equities while elevating distinctive local assets such. Her focus is on building long-term brand value through sharp positioning, disciplined execution, and creativity that delivers measurable business impact.
