Elena Stefanova, the Managing Director of Ovation Advertising Skopje, stepped into the advertising world just few months before the first Golden Drum. Her career onset was at the very inception of the Macedonian advertising industry, making her one of the pioneers in the field. She started as a media planner and joined the first generation of media planners in the country, which gave her the opportunity to shape professional media and strategic standards from the ground up. For over 30 years, Elena embraces a synergy of electro engineering and creative mindset to lead strategic, media and creative, development for global and regional brands, consistently delivering business results. Within decades, she is mentoring and nurturing young professionals continuously investing in building the next generation of industry leaders.
She is the co-founder and current Vice President of the Macedonian Association of Advertising Agencies, contributing to the institutional development of the industry.
