Małgorzata Niska is a leading media strategy expert in Poland, with over 15 years of experience translating business challenges into effective, data‑driven communication strategies. As Head of Media Strategy at dentsu Poland, she leads a high‑performing team responsible for developing innovative media solutions, analytical tools, and strategic frameworks that drive tangible growth for clients. She has designed strategies for major brands across finance, telecommunications, FMCG, beauty, fashion, and retail — including mBank, Ferrero, Sephora and Burger King — combining market expertise, analytical precision, and creativity to build impactful and efficient media ecosystems. Małgorzata has implemented global dentsu Attention Economy learnings into local strategic processes — embedding international best practices into planning, evaluation and campaign design to raise the standard of media effectiveness. An active educator, she lectures at the University of Warsaw, is a certified DIMAQ trainer, and has served as Vice‑Chair of the Presidium of the IAB Forum in 2023. Her work has been recognised with Effie, Innovation Awards, and Golden Arrow. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and is an alumna of Route500, dentsu’s leadership program. As jury chair for Media Innovation (SAR Innovation), a speaker at dentsu CEE Summit and the IAB Forum, and a co‑leader of youth upskilling initiatives (e.g., Kreatywne Wagary), she advocates for standards that connect strategy, creativity and data.
