Marek is currently Media Strategy Director at WPP Media in Prague with over 20 years of experience across integrated marketing, media strategy, performance marketing and digital innovation within leading international agency networks and independent agencies. Throughout his career, he has operated at the intersection of strategy, creativity, technology and business effectiveness, helping brands navigate an increasingly complex and fragmented media ecosystem.

He has a proven track record of leading strategic teams and shaping integrated communication concepts that connect strong creative ideas with measurable business impact. His expertise spans integrated media planning, content-led communication, data-driven decision-making and the responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI, to drive sustainable brand growth.

Beyond commercial performance, Marek is deeply engaged in the ethics of communication. He is a co-author of the Czech Ethical Code for Influencer Marketing, contributing to the development of transparent, responsible and consumer-respectful standards in creator-driven communication. This ethical perspective strongly informs both his professional work and his evaluation of marketing effectiveness and creativity.

He is also the co-host of the podcast UNDER THE INFLUENCE, where he engages with industry leaders and creators on influencer marketing, contemporary communication trends, media responsibility and the societal impact of modern marketing.
