Tolga Üner

Tolga has built a distinguished 29-year career in media, specializing in strategy, creativity, communications planning, and client leadership. He studied marketing communications and has had the privilege of working with a wide range of global and local brands across various industries. Through his creative leadership, he and his team have garnered numerous awards on both global and local platforms.
With over a decade of management experience, Tolga has held prominent roles, including a 3-year tenure as CEO of UM Turkey, before transitioning to GroupM in 2015 as CEO of Mediacom. Under his guidance, Mediacom was recognized as ‘Agency of the Year’ for three consecutive years and became one of the leading agencies in the market. In 2023, he was appointed CEO of GroupM Turkey.
Beyond his leadership role, Tolga actively contributes to the industry as a member of the Advertising Association and the TV Viewing Research Committee.
