Throughout his career, Mihai has held senior creative roles within leading international and local agencies, including TBWA\Bucharest, Grey, Lowe, Geometry Global, and others, working across multiple disciplines and categories. He is currently Creative Director at Cohn&Jansen, an indie agency with over 20+ years on the market, where he leads the agency’s creative output and mentors multidisciplinary teams, consistently delivering impactful and culturally relevant work.
Mihai’s portfolio includes over 200 awards from major international and regional festivals, among them Cannes Lions, LIA, Eurobest, Epica, Clio, Cresta, Golden Drum, ADC, ADCE, Golden Hammer, Cristal, Red Apple, Effie, WPPED Cream, EACA, and Team P&G Awards. His work has contributed significantly to elevating Romanian creativity on the global stage.
Over the years, he has led creative work for a wide range of international and regional brands, including FMGC brands like Heineken, Molson Coors brands, P&G, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Danone, AQUA Carpatica, BAT, as well as major financial and healthcare institutions such as Raiffeisen, BCR, Bancpost, Alpha Bank, UniCredit, Regina Maria, and MedLife, among others.
