Angel Iskrev is creative director at proof. (an independent creative agency based in Sofia Bulgaria, part of By The Network). He has more than 12 years of experience in advertising. His work for brands such as Telenor Hungary&Bulgaria, Carlsberg Bulgaria, Lidl Bulgaria, fritz-kola, TELUS International Europe, four paws, and many more, has received more than 250 awards at national and international festivals. He co-created proof. at the end of 2018. The agency went to won digital agency of the year at IAB MiXX Awards 2018, 2020 & 2021 & 2022 proof. won creative agency of the year in 2022 at FARA (Bulgaria’s most prestigious creative festival).
Angel’s work has been recognised at festivals such as The One Show, Epica Awards, Cresta, MAdStars, AdBlackSea, The Drum, Lisbon Ad Fest, White Square, IAB MiXX Awards with over 40 awards. Angel has been part of the jury at The One Show, ADC'E, Lisbon Advertising Festival, MAdStars, Kyiv Advertising Festival, WINA, IAB MiXX Europe, AdBlackSea, Effie Bulgaria and many more, chairman of the creative jury at IAB MiXX Bulgaria for 2017, 2018 and 2020 and many national festivals.
Angel is IAB Bulgaria board member and visiting lecturer at New Bulgarian University & Softuni. Also being part of Ad Academy in Busan 2021, Webit and Digitalk and many more. In his spare time, he is а sports commentator at Eurosport — having 7 Olympic Games behind his commentating back.
