Laura Lapiņa

Laura Lapiņa is one of Latvia’s highly accomplished creative leaders, serving as Creative Director at Magic Agency. In the past year, the work led by her has earned both of the industry’s highest honors in Latvia – Grand Prix in advertising and Grand Prix in design – alongside recognition at international festivals. Her approach is rooted in meaningful engagement and participation, placing people and communities at the center of the ideas she develops.
Beyond advertising, she is one of the founders and organizers of the international writing festival “Rakstivāls” and an active advocate of volunteerism – contributing her time in senior care homes and mentoring volunteers, consistently combining creativity, community involvement, and social responsibility in everything she does.
