Oliver was of one the pioneers of advertising in Albania, leading New Moment Tirana to become one of the country’s largest, as well as the country’s most awarded agency. Over more than two decades, he has worked with global and regional brands including Coca-Cola, P&G, Carlsberg, BAT, Balfin Group, BKT Bank, Ferrero, L’Oréal, Pernod Ricard, Danone, the UK Government and the EU.

His likes sitting at the intersection of strategic storytelling and innovation — with a particular interest in campaigns where creativity and technology enhance one another. Together with his team, he has delivered multiple award-winning projects across FMCG, finance, retail and institutional sectors.

He remains curious about new tools, new tensions and new ways of making brands relevant — and enjoys a good debate about whether the insight or the execution should get the bigger trophy.
