Philippa Grob is a multidisciplinary creative with an art-school backbone and an advertising mind. Trained in fine arts, she entered the ad world in 2011. Starting out as a graphic designer, she quickly discovered her real strength: bold concepts and sharp copy. Because visuals catch the eye – but ideas make them stay.
With a strong strategic mindset and a distinctive visual sensibility, Philippa strives to create work that is both culturally relevant and commercially effective. She believes that most impactful ideas are built through collaboration – not ego – and leads teams with clarity, ambition, and high creative standards.
Over the past years as Creative Director, she has shaped campaigns for leading Austrian and international brands, earning multiple awards along the way. She has also served as a jury member on numerous awards, helping define and evaluate creative excellence within the industry.
Outside the agency bubble, she creates artwork for bands once in a lucky while, received recognition for her analog photography, and runs an experimental music and arts event called Jelly. She also owns a cute little Chihuahua who follows her (almost) everywhere.
