Jerzy Hołub is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Mastercard, responsible for Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Over the years, he has worked with leading technology, telecommunications, and financial services brands, helping to develop ideas that combine creativity with clear business and societal impact. The work he has been involved in has received broad international recognition, including over 20 Cannes Lions (among them Titanium and three Grand Prix), as well as awards such as D&AD Black Pencil, Golden Effie, Webby Awards, One Show, Merit Awards, and Golden Drum.
Jerzy has had the opportunity to serve as a jury member at Cannes Lions and the Global Effie Awards, experiences that have further shaped his perspective on the role of creativity, effectiveness, and responsibility in modern marketing. In 2024, he was honored as CMO of the Year in Poland by Press magazine and named Person of the Year at the MAX Marketing Awards.
With a strong interest in innovation and evidence based decision making, Jerzy holds a PhD in sociology from the Polish and Czech Academies of Sciences. He believes that the most meaningful creative work is grounded in insight, data, and a genuine understanding of people and culture.
