However, when answering the phone, the person must say the password 'I’m listening to Radio Expres.' Usually, this is followed by an outburst of joy from the winner, but in the online campaign, you won't see much of this typical excitement. The main idea of the ad revolves around the rare cases where a phone call from Radio Expres, despite winning, doesn't make you happy.
