Creative idea

Situation: European Parliament elections are the most unpopular elections in Lithuania. Voters believe that their vote will not make a difference. Idea: Voice and vote mean the same in the Lithuanian language. People prefer to complain instead of voting.  And this not how changes are made. Such a behaviour is a complete waste of a voice/vote. To prove it we invited people to measure the power of their vote/voice. Then we showed them that even the loudest shout can't help their voice reach the European Parliament. Only their vote is strong enough to do this.
