For 46% of polish people the lack of time is the key reason why they do not practice sport at all. But even a minimum time of activity has a huge impact on our health. Just 1 hour of exercise a week reduces the risk of serious diseases by up to 17%. During the summertime change and the 25-hour day, we encouraged people to spend an extra hour on sports instead of sleeping an hour longer. In a co-operation with polish Olympic runner, Decathlon made a 1-hour training that started and ended… at 2:00 am.
