in 2022 qatar hosted one of the biggest sports events in the world – the FIFA World Cup. many human rights violations occurred during the championship – migrant workers built stadiums under horrifying conditions and the LBGTQIA+ community was then denied seating at these very same stadiums. GLAS - a human rights foundation, whose name translates to VOICE — could not stay quiet. we turned classic phrases of football excitement into a tool for exposing the truth about this year’s FIFA World Cup. a new phrase with a twist was released before each game on Instagram to keep the truth about the championship alive throughout it.
