You can't expect people to start sorting bio-waste if there are no bio-waste containers in their courtyards. Legally, property managers are the only ones who can order these containers in Latvia, but most choose to ignore the requests of the residents. This campaign provided an opportunity to flood the emails of property managers with complaints about bio-waste every time residents had nowhere to throw it. Every morning, tens and hundreds of bio-waste-related emails appeared in the mailboxes of property managers as a form of protest until they fulfilled their duty and ordered a bio-waste container.
