Creative idea

The Seed Project is a social responsibility project that brings together corporate training, employee participation, women's employment, technology, and aviation under the umbrella of sustainability. Each training offered within the IGA Academy, which supports the personal development of IGA employees, is transformed into a seed. The desire of participants to provide environmental benefits encourages them to participate in more trainings, and as the number of completed training increases, it returns to nature as more seeds. Women's employment is provided in the preparation of the seeds, and the seeds are scattered into nature with ecoDrones.
