The campaign, featuring stark imagery and videos, highlights the threats to oceans, such as shipping, plastic pollution, and oil extraction. It aims to gather signatures for an OceanCare petition to be presented at the 2025 UN Ocean Conference in Nice, urging global action for marine protection. A symbolic act involved defacing romanticized ocean-themed books, reflecting human impact on the oceans.
