Creative idea
Promoting a place or country is essentially about selling its experience and atmosphere to tourists. This inspired us to take that concept literally and explore the idea of 'selling' the love and joy one can experience in different parts of Slovenia, much like a real estate ad. For the design, we aimed to emulate real estate ads but with a modern, artsy, and eye-catching twist, complemented by classic promotional stickers. Each poster includes a pin marking the location of the place whose experience we’re “selling.” Beneath the photo, you'll find the headline: 'Selling Slovenia.' This phrase carries a hint of shock value to grab attention, though our posters don’t rely on it alone. Like realtors, we highlight the key features that make the place irresistible—and Slovenia offers more than enough. From breathtaking nature and historic landmarks to vibrant city life, what more could you ask for? Finally, we included an invitation to book a trip, or a 'viewing' in realtor terms, because to truly fall in love with Slovenia, you have to experience it firsthand.
