This year, the festival unveils a striking new visual identity crafted by Aritmija, who shares the manifesto behind the idea. 

"Golden Drum enters its fourth decade as an unwavering champion of creativity. For years, it has been a driving force behind groundbreaking ideas that challenge the status quo and redefine the creative industry. 
While some ideas come instantly, others take time. They form in conversations, in the clash of perspectives, in the quiet moments between big decisions. This one was born in a jury room in 2023 - where different cultures, social contexts, and values met, colliding through arguments, debates, and unexpected agreements.
It lingered in the background, waiting for the right moment. That moment is now.
With its new visual identity, Golden Drum highlights the essence of creativity - the ability to see beyond the obvious and connect ideas in unexpected ways. It celebrates those who push boundaries and shape the future with their courage and innovation.
The eye, as a key visual element, brings the festival’s core message to life: Eye. Se - a. You. A tribute to creators who leave their mark, reminding them that they are seen, recognized, and valued.
But Golden Drum is more than just a competition. It’s a place to pause, breathe, raise a glass, and reconnect - with creativity, with the sea, and with that creative buddy you haven’t seen in ages.

The 31st Golden Drum Festival will be held on 13 and 14 October 2025, in Portorož, Slovenia.
