Karolina Galácz, Creative Director at DDB Budapest, showcased some of their latest work to teach us an important lesson - limits can drive innovation if you have the right mindset. But how can we turn the lack of resources which we usually interpret as disadvantages into opportunities?
Her message to all struggling creatives is: ‘’Lack of time and a small team can just mean now you can work more agile, move as one and get more out of your team. A low budget can be nothing more than an opportunity to innovate and be more creative. And low media budget is an opportunity to create scale by treating attention as a currency.’’
