Creativity led is not an option. It’s a must.

Fadi Yaish, Founder and Chief Creative Officer at ‿ and us, Facebook EMEA creative board consultant, and Founder BWReport.org joined us on the virtual stage to share his experience leaving the network agency and discuss how creatives should lead their business.

Bringing an idea to life is hard work which is much easier when everyone in the agency is aligned and on the same side. That is why he thinks agencies should be led by creative people who will put the creativity in the center and realise what it takes to make ideas happen.
