‘’Please stop creating brands that are the heroes but turn each and every one of us into the heroes of our own lives’’ says Thomas Kolster, Founder and Creative Director of Goodvertising. He explored how we should build brands that are meaningful and play a meaningful role in people’s lives.

He calls for a new approach in the way we look at leadership: ‘’If we want to create authentic brands, we need to play a meaningful role in people’s lives. But we also have urgency because we are confronted with big environmental and social problems. We need to get people motivated to take part. It is not about transactions, it’s about transformations.’’
