Fast Creativity. How the war brings up the best in Ukrainian agency.

Egor Petrov is the master brain behind the Ukrainian Banda agency, founding it together with two partners in 2011. Only a year later the agency became the most effective agency in Ukraine according to Effie. Banda became the Red Dot Agency of the Year in 2018, in 2019 the most creative agency in Central and Eastern Europe according to Epica and in 2020 the most effective independent agency in the world according to Effie Worldwide while covering campaigns in more than 40 markets. 

Maxim Boritko wanted to deal only with strategy in advertising until he was impressed by the quote “there are no good strategies, only good advertising.” He now works both on strategy and creative implementation of projects and keeps the quota of awards on international festivals of creativity and effectivity above 145.
