There are some Bulgarian things that go hand in hand: Banitsa with boza, moussaka with yogurt and beans with sausage. We аre Delikates Zhitnitsa. From Zhitnitsa village. And we make great sausages here. Instead of advertising them in a traditional way, we decided to own one of the most traditional recipes. We made The Beans with Sausage Fest and asked real people from the village to invite the whole of Bulgaria.
